At Robiy, we are committed to providing a clear, reliable, and transparent shipping experience for our customers throughout the United States. We strive to ensure that your Hand Bags, Shoulder Bags, Satchel Bags, and Bucket Bags are delivered safely and on time.

Shipping Destination

We currently ship exclusively within the United States. Orders placed for delivery outside the United States cannot be processed at this time.

Shipping Costs and Currency

We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders within the United States. There are no hidden shipping fees or minimum purchase requirements at checkout.

Delivery Timelines

Our delivery process consists of two stages: Handling Time and Transit Time. Orders are processed during our regular business days, Monday through Friday.

1. Handling Time (Order Processing)

This is the time required to prepare, inspect, and carefully package your order before shipment.

  • Handling Time: 1 to 2 Business Days (Monday to Friday)
  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET), Monday to Friday.
    Note: Orders placed after 5:00 PM ET, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Transit Time (Shipping)

This is the estimated time required for the shipping carrier to deliver your order.

  • Transit Time: 3 to 5 Business Days (Monday to Friday)
  • Carrier Service: We primarily ship orders using DHL and FedEx to provide secure and reliable delivery.

3. Total Estimated Delivery Time

This is the total estimated time from placing your order until it arrives at your shipping address.

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 5 to 8 Business Days

Order Tracking

Yes, we provide a tracking number for every order.

Once your order has been dispatched (typically within 1–2 business days), you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment from our warehouse to your delivery address.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is significantly delayed beyond our estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our customer support team. We will work directly with DHL or FedEx to investigate the shipment and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Shipping Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of placing an order.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately. Once an order has entered the shipping process, we are unable to modify or redirect the shipment.
